4.3. Service Fees: We charge service fees for ticket transactions. These fees are non-refundable even if the event is canceled or rescheduled.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Post or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Interfere with the proper operation of our Services
